What is AcroYoga ?
Founded by Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein, in the San Francisco Bay in 2003, acroyoga combines three traditional disciplines hitherto distinct: yoga, acrobatics and thaï massage. Sort of fusion of genres, this is an aerial declination yoga poses with a partner, according to the principles of acrobatics plus care issues of thaï massage.

A little bit of Acroyoga vocabulary
Base: those who lying on the ground, bringing the flyer.
Flyer: (1) the one who postures on the base feet, (2) make acroyoga.
Spotter: this is the one that preserves the fall and help to achieve the posture. Its primary role to monitor the flyer in order that all is well if a loss of balance. It is also the only one that has an objective and external vision, so is the resource person to help everyone to take good positions, or to correct certain movements.
Down: it says when you're out of the posture or we feel unstable in its posture.
